From serving as Team President of the NBA G League’s Erie BayHawks to leading marketing and communications at LECOM - one of the nation's largest medical schools - Matt understands firsthand what it takes to build, manage, and grow successful teams and businesses.

Beyond business, he values family above all. Matt is a proud husband, father, and “Pop” to one granddaughter, who constantly reminds him of life’s greatest joys.
